FARE & TERMS

SHUTTLE FARE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Online Reservations: $25 for a one-way ticket | $45 for a round trip ticket.
• Phone Reservations: $27 for a one-way ticket | $50 for a round trip ticket.
  • Going to the airport - You can purchase your ticket from the office or from the driver directly.
  • From the airport - Please visit the Lafayette Limo booth across from Avis Rent-a-Car which is located in the Ground Transportation Center to purchase from our booth attendant.
• Pets and bicycles are the full fare of a passenger. Service animals ride for free.
• Pets, with the exception of service animals, must be in carriers.
• Last-minute add-ons are subject to availability. Call the office (765) 497-3828 to see if there is space still available.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be processed.
• Same-day (current-day) reservations are not eligible for credit or refund if canceled.
• If your reservation is more than 24 hours away, you may request a credit valid for 90 days from your original shuttle date. You must reschedule within the 90-day window, though travel can occur after that.

SPECIAL REQUESTS - HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE

Lafayette Limo is happy to accommodate customers requiring handicapped accessible transportation. Please contact our office at least 48 hours in advance to request this service. All requests made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to vehicle availability.

TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONS

To ensure a smooth travel experience, Lafayette Limo recommends arriving at Indianapolis International Airport at least 90 minutes before your flight departs.

During peak travel periods—including holidays and Purdue University breaks—we recommend allowing additional time for travel due to the high volume of passengers and the time it takes to check everyone in & load luggage.

The roads around Indianapolis are also notorious for construction projects throughout the year. This may contribute to our shuttle experiencing occasional delays. We strongly suggest you take this possibility into consideration when selecting your shuttle time, especially during periods of increased roadwork.

Please note: Lafayette Limo is not responsible for delays that result in missed or rescheduled flights. These recommendations are subject to change based on airport conditions and airline guidelines.

PARKING INFORMATION

We have free customer parking at our office. Please contact our office for more information about leaving a car with us while you are traveling. Due to limited availability, parking restrictions, and time limits at our other pick up locations, we ask that you contact those businesses directly for current parking details and policies.

PICK UP & DROP OFF INFORMATION

Our boarding location for each stop is as follows:

• Lafayette Limo Office - In front of the blue house/office at the bottom of the ramp. If you are parking your car in the back of our property, our drivers can pick you up at your vehicle.
• Home2Suites West Lafayette - On the east side of the hotel.
• Purdue West - Southeast corner of shopping center. Facing McCutcheon Hall near the blue USPS drop box.
• State Street Bus Stop (South of PMU) - At the bus stop on State Street. South of the Purdue Memorial Union Building. Opposite side of the street/diagonal from Mitch Daniels/Krannert School of Business.
• Holiday Inn City Centre - In front of the hotel lobby/under the portico (except when we are taking our large buses). Our driver will come to the front door if they have to park in another location on the property.
• Courtyard by Marriott - In front of the hotel lobby/under the portico.

To avoid departure delays, please ensure that you are at the pick up location at the designated time, are visible to the driver, and are ready to board our shuttle.

Please make sure to check inside at our pickup locations (when applicable) or call ahead to our office if you have any questions regarding the correct pickup locations.

DROP OFF AT INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT

We provide drop-off service at Zone 5 in the Ground Transportation Center at the Indianapolis Airport. After getting off the bus, you will make your way across the street to the main airport building for checking in, security, terminals, and gates.

PICK UP AT INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT

All shuttle pick-ups at Indianapolis Airport take place at the Ground Transportation Center. To reach the GTC, you’ll need to cross the street from the main airport building over to the parking garage. Our primary pick-up location is Zone 5, towards the right end of the lobby.

To provide better service for our customers, we have a staff member stationed at our booth to assist with ticket sales and check-in for passengers who have already purchased tickets. For a smooth and efficient experience, please check in at our booth, located across from Avis Rental Car in the Ground Transportation Center.

10 MINUTE HOLD

• Drivers can wait up to 10 minutes at the airport before departing for a passenger who has notified us prior to their arrival.
• Our 10:30PM shuttle automatically holds 15 minutes (until 10:45PM).
• No holds are available for any shuttle heading to the airport.

LUGGAGE POLICY

• Included at no charge: 2 pieces of luggage of any size.
  • Small/medium/large suitcases
  • Small roll-aboard carry-on style suitcases
  • Duffle bags
  • Larger backpacks
  • Oversized luggage pieces (ski bags, golf clubs, etc).
  • Any bags placed in the luggage compartment
• Additional luggage: $10 per extra bag
• Items that would not be charged as additional baggage:
  • 1 item per person that can be held on the lap or under the feet for the duration of the trip (ie: a personal item)
• Bicycles: Full fare of a passenger
