Lafayette Limo recommends arriving to the Indianapolis International Airport at least 90 minutes before your flight departs. (During peak travel season including holidays and Purdue breaks we recommend arrival 120 minutes prior to flight departure.) Lafayette Limo, Inc is not responsible for delays resulting in missed or rescheduled flights. Recommendations are subject to change. Please contact Lafayette Limo Office and speak to an agent about any questions or concerns.  If you wish to change your reservation it must be done 24 hours in advance of your trip. Please do not wait until the day of. Please either call the office (765-497-3828) or email us. If you cancel your trip and re-book we have a no refund policy and can only postpone the canceled ticket for 90 days as a credit.

Convenient Year-Round Service

Our convenient shuttles run year round from Lafayette to the Indianapolis airport every two hours, nine times a day from 4:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Our first pick up from the Indianapolis airport is at 6:30 a.m., the last at 10:30 p.m.

Please call direct to each location to request parking information. This is due to limited parking, inability to park and limitations for how long you can leave your vehicle.

Our boarding location for each stop is as follows:

• Quality Inn pick up is at the side hotel lobby entrance.
• Purdue West is pick up on the curbside facing McCutcheon Hall.
• State Street Bus Stop (South of PMU) Pick up is at the bus stop on State Street on the south end of the Purdue Memorial Union Building.
• Holiday Inn City Centre pick up is at the hotel lobby. Please check in at the front desk.
• Courtyard by Marriott pick up is in front of the hotel lobby.

Please make sure to check inside at all locations or call ahead to our office to confirm you are in the correct boarding locations.

Airport Information

All Passengers must meet the driver at the shuttle due to increased airport security.

Airline Employees receive a discount from the driver or if you create an online account we can apply the discount by calling us.

To better service our customers we have an employee at our booth to sell tickets and check in passengers who have already purchased tickets. Please check in at our booth, across from Avis Rental Car, to make our service run as smoothly as possible.

• Holiday Inn City Centre  drop-off is on the back side facing Alabama.
• Courtyard by Marriott  drop-off is in front of the hotel lobby.

Fare Information

No matter who you are, Lafayette Limo has a price that fits your budget. Children 2 and under are free of charge. Children 3-12 travel at half price. Current airline employees with ID or current check stub may travel half price with an active account on our purchase ticket site or by paying in person. *Special pricing* *For the Indy line run it's $25 one way and $45 round trip and the O'Hare share a ride $55 one way and $110 round trip when booking 24 hours in advance online.* The prices listed below are when paying in person. The online prices are listed in the reservation page. All online reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance. 

PETS and BICYCLES are full adult fare. Service animals ride for free. A same day round trip ticket is $27 but cannot be booked online. Pets, with the exception of service animals, must be in carriers. 

There is no need to worry about airport parking or the weather - Lafayette Limo drops you off at the ground transportation center. So sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Fare Terms

To pay your fare at the airport, please visit the Lafayette Limo booth across from Avis Rent-a-Car which is located in the ground transportation center.

Paid fares are nonrefundable.

At Lafayette Limo office:

Online paid reservations:

• All online reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
• This pertains to Indianapolis and O'Hare airports.
• O'Hare reservations must be made online, This is a pre-paid 24 hours in advance service.
• If you fail to make a reservation 24 hours in advance, service is not guaranteed for O'Hare.
• If you miss the 24 hour deadline for the Indianapolis airport you can call the office book your reservation then pay the driver in cash, or at the airport you can pay cash or use a credit card at our booth only.
• We don't take any payments over the phone.
• Have your picture ID to show the driver
• You MUST allow at least 90 to 120 minutes before your scheduled flight. Allow even more time during our busy times which includes all holidays, and spring break time.
• We are NOT liable for missed flights.
• We are NOT responsible for more than the shuttle ticket purchase price.
• All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE

Luggage Limitations:

• One suitcase with one carry-on per person: No Charge
• Each additional bag: $10.00
• Pets: Full Fare (Must be in a pet carrier). No charge for service animals.
• Bicycles: Full Fare
• ALL passengers must have shoes, shirts and modest appropriate attire

Special Requests
Handicapped Accessible. Lafayette Limo is happy to accommodate customers requiring handicapped accessible transportation. We will need 48 hour advance notice to make these arrangements.

10 Minute Hold

• On incoming flights our drivers will wait an additional 10 minutes for a passenger who has notified us prior to their plane’s arrival.
• A 15 minute extension is available on the 10:30 p.m. airport departure.
• No holds are available for any shuttle heading to the Indianapolis or O'Hare airports.
