Summertime is the best time to go out and blow off some steam with family and friends on the weekend. It’s a time to relax and have some fun! You might just be barhopping with friends or maybe you’re traveling around town for a friend’s birthday, but one question always comes into mind and can kill the exciting spirit you had going for the evening and that question is...who's driving?

Fare Terms

To pay your fare at the airport, please visit the Lafayette Limo booth across from Avis Rent-a-Car which is located in the ground transportation center.

Paid fares are nonrefundable.

At Lafayette Limo office:

  • Cash
  • Travelers Checks
  • Credit Cards
  • No personal checks please

Online paid reservations :

  • All online reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • This pertains to Indianapolis and O'Hare airports.
  • O'Hare reservations must be made online, This is a pre-paid, 24 hours in advance service.
  • If you fail to make a reservation 24 hours in advance, service is not guaranteed for O'Hare.
  • We don't take any payments over the phone.
  • You must be able to print out your paid receipt to hand to the driver. Phone receipts will not be accepted.
  • You MUST allow at least 90 minutes before your scheduled flight. Allow even more during our busy times.
  • We are NOT  liable for missed flights.
  • We are NOT  responsible for more than the shuttle ticket purchase price.

Luggage Limitations

  • Two suitcases with one carry-on per person: No Charge
  • Each additional bag: $5.00
  • Pets: Full Fare (Must be in a pet carrier). No charge for service animals.
  • Bicycles: Full Fare
Appropriate Attire
  • ALL passengers must have shoes, shirts and modest appropriate attire 

At Bus Pick Up Sites:

  • Cash
  • Travelers Checks
  • No Credit Cards or personal checks please. Group Discounts are available.
  • All fares are subject to change without notice.

Special Requests

  • Handicapped Accessible. Lafayette Limo is happy to accommodate customers requiring handicapped accessible transportation. We will need 48 hour advance notice to make these arrangements.

10 Minute Hold

  • On incoming flights our drivers will wait an additional 10 minutes for a passenger who has notified us prior to their plane’s arrival.
  • A 15 minute extension is available on the 10:30 p.m. airport departure.
  • No holds are available for any shuttle heading to the Indianapolis or O'Hare airports.
