Summertime is the best time to go out and blow off some steam with family and friends on the weekend. It’s a time to relax and have some fun! You might just be barhopping with friends or maybe you’re traveling around town for a friend’s birthday, but one question always comes into mind and can kill the exciting spirit you had going for the evening and that question is...who's driving?

Trip to Wrigley Should be a Homerun!

Take Us Out to the Ballgame

Ahh, baseball season you have finally arrived! To celebrate Opening Day and baseball starting, we are taking a trip to Chicago to watch the Cubs play against the San Francisco Giants on April 12th. The atmosphere at Wrigley Field is always upbeat and full of enthusiastic fans. Spend your Friday night at the ballpark enjoying America's favorite past time.

Take Me Out with the Crowd

The Chicago Cubs play at Wrigley Field, the second oldest MLB ballpark in the country. Built in 1914 and home of the Cubs since 1916, this will be the stadium's 99th season of being in use. A lot has changed in all those years; including the seating capacity which has jumped from an original 14,000 to an impressive 41,000. Nicknamed "The Friendly Confines", Wrigley is noted for a variety of unique characteristics. These include the ivy covered brick wall in the outfield, the recognizable red marquee above the main entrance, and the general old and nostalgic feel of the stadium.

We picked great seats. Sitting in the Reserved Terrace Infield, we should have a great view of the game. We purchased 50 tickets so we hope to get a large crowd of fans to join us on this exciting tour!

Buy Me Some Peanuts and Crackerjacks

One of the greatest parts of going to a Major League Baseball game is all the delicious food you can find at the ballpark. Whether it's the iconic ballpark frank or some popcorn and crackerjacks, snacks just taste better when you pair them with a great game. Wrigley Field has plenty of food options and is sure to please everyone. So what will you be having?

Let Me Root, Root, Root for the Home Team

Okay, we know this isn't the next part of the song but this is the big one. The best part of going to a game is having someone to root for! No need to be a huge Cubs fan; if you love the Giants that just makes the trip more fun and exciting. But if you're looking for a team to cheer for, it's always root, root, root for the home team. As they say at Wrigley, Go Cubs Go, Go Cubs Go!
Excitement, athleticism, food, and memorabilia are what will make this tour a home run for all those that attend.
